It's just a baby blog, very new. But I love it, and I love the concept!

Trader Joe's cut flowers + pitcher + clementines + footed bowl = spring coffee table perfection. #dbsobsessed
I was on a bit of a horror book kick lately and here is what I read... Loved all of them and recommend them all. However, those Thomas Harris books are just simply amazing. If you're a fan of the Hannibal movies and TV series, as I am, these are must reads. Getting a look behind the scenes in the mind of the character of Dr. Lecter is really incredible, and makes you appreciate the acting of those who portray him, even more than you probably already did!
I have not finished that entire series yet, but all are shown above, and I can't wait to crack open the Kindle. Well... you know what I mean...
In regard to One Second After... I won't give it away, and I am not finished with this either, but it is the scariest thing I have ever read.
It's no secret that I love cheese, especially from Cowgirl Creamery, but I just fell in love with their seasonal cheese, and HAD to share.
Here is all the info on this amazing product, straight from the Cowgirl's Cheese Library:
St Pat is our seasonal Spring-to-Summer cheese. These rounds are made with whole organic milk from John Taverna's Chileno Valley Jersey Dairy and are wrapped with stinging nettle leaves. (Do not fear the nettles, since they are frozen to remove the sting before they are wrapped around the cheese.) St Pat, with its distinctive, green rind, commemorates the arrival of spring in Marin County. The nettle leaves impart a smoky, artichoke flavor, and after three weeks of aging, St Pat is mellow, soft and full of flavor. St Pat received a Gold Medal at the 2009 North American Jersey Cheese Competition.
All Cowgirl Creamery cheeses are Marin Organic Certified Agricultural Products.

When you're living in a rented apartment, or home for that matter, there is only so much you can do to jazz up the space, without actually making changes that will stay after you have left. Not only do you want to avoid major changes because your landlord may or may not appreciate that, but because who wants to spend their money on something they will eventually just have to give away?
One recent (and removable) upgrade I made to my digs, was adding some fun light switch covers throughout the space. They bring a pop of color and detail where before there was none. Not to mention the fact that they make the switches easy to find..
I am loving these inexpensive acrylic covers from Zazzle, that are available in a bevy of patterns and colors. Mine were only $12.95 each!
Check out all that they have to offer, here: http://bit.ly/1t6KgK3
Finally, a better alternative to my Sugarfree Red Bull addiction. My new Citiz by Nespresso is a Godsend.
Easy to use, easy to clean, and the perfect compact size for apartment living.
Macy's has incredible deals if you watch for sales and you can save a chunk of change if you purchase at the right time.
On a trip over the weekend I found a steal of a deal and a fab accessory! This hat was just $18, and you could see the glue holding the feather on. Adding a post-back earring from the 80's not only covered this eye sore, but brought just enough southwest to the hat to make it perfect. #dbsobsessed
