I was not sure about it, but Caulirice has won me over. It really is a great vessel when you are eating low-carb. Here is a fun stir-fry I put together the other night. As usual, amounts are up to you, based on your tastes. This is inspiration, not exact science. If you don't know how to cook at all, my site probably won't teach you.

I’m not too keen on eating cauli rice, I’ve tried it so many times already and I still couldn’t get the hang of it. But your recipe for it is superb! I could barely make out the difference between real rice and cauli rice now. When my husband tried it out, even he couldn’t tell the difference. And the best part is that I could have another cup without worrying about my calorie intake. I could ditch brown rice altogether now, thank you so much for the recipe!
