Coconut Roasted = Coasted. I just made it a thing.
They're super easy:
Toss a bag of cleaned and trimmed green beans into a large mixing bowl with melted coconut oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, or more, depending on how crispy you want them.
BOMB, and very Paleo/Low-Carb friendly.
Store leftovers in a Tupperware lined with paper towels, so they lose excess oil.
