1/2 t fresh thyme
1 T goat cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Put a small amount of butter or olive oil, and thyme in a small non-stick skillet and heat until butter is melted and begins to brown.
Add eggs, salt/pepper and cook until almost done. Fold in goat cheese until eggs are done to your preference.
Put on top of 2 pieces of buttered sourdough toast (I prefer San Luis sourdough).
To drink, I recommend a big glass of OJ and a cafe au lait made with Blue Bottle Coffee Co. 'Giant Steps' coffee.
Don't forget your multi-vitamin to start the day off right! :)
