Sorry for the delays in posts... lots going on over here! In the moment I have, I simply had to share a new favorite flavor combo for a quick and easy dinner protein option (would also be great to chop the leftovers and put in a salad)!
We all have those nights when we are feeling less than creative in the kitchen. When it happens, may I suggest picking up a flank steak (TJ's will do), and a bottle of Stubb's Pork Marinade. Yes, Pork. Yes, I know steak is not pork. Just trust me here.
Marinate overnight and grill to rare, let rest so it comes to medium rare, slice and devour.
DAYUM it is good.
